50+ Pictures to Make You Feel Alright

Sit back, relax and colour away the everyday stresses of life. It’s a peaceful interlude that will help to recharge your batteries and…dare we say…bring out your inner artist.
It’s a colouring book for grownups but children are of course welcome to colour along. It’s for the child in all of us, no matter your age.

So grab your crayons (we recommend the pencil ones but, hey, feel free to use wax crayons or even your paint brushes.
There are 52* (mainly) food images, most of which have appeared in the pages of JamaicanEats magazine — from fruits to cakes, beverages, old-time stuff and a couple scenic images.
Each image is printed on its own page and has the corresponding black and white picture on the page across from it. We’ve noted the edition and page number for those pictures that have appeared in the magazine.
In addition, for those who may not have the magazines and/or are not familiar with some of the fruits, for example, scroll down to see the colour photographs.
But, no stress. Colour the images whichever way you desire. The important thing is that you feel irie.
– Grace Cameron, Editor

* In true Jamaican style, the two additional images are the Brawta, which means something extra.
